Thanks for joining me! This blog is part of a requirement for the course ‘Development Politics’ as part of my International Development Masters Degree at the University of Birmingham. Although, I hope this blog will be more than just an assignment, and an opportunity for me to express my feelings and opinions on the contentious world of Development politics and other issues I come across as an ID Student. The politics of a country has a profound impact on levels of development. This blog will be looking predominately at the issues involved in dealing with complex and often fluid political environments in developing countries, drawing comparisons within and between both countries and regions.
